Just to catch you up, we are now entering the 12th season of CSI and with that comes new crimes, new cases, and new faces. D.B. RUSSELL (Ted Danson) joins the team this season, a family man from the Seattle Crime Lab who takes over as the new Night Shift Supervisor after Catherine and Nick are demoted following the Langston/Haskell event where Langston killed Haskell for hinting that he had harmed Gloria.

CATHERINE WILLOWS (Marg Helgenberger) returns to the series, angry with her demotion to assistant Night Shift Supervisor and not afraid to show it, as well as headstrong NICK STOKES (George Eads), who doesn't take Raymond's leaving well. Also returning this year is tough, no-nonsense forensic scientist SARA SIDLE (Jorja Fox) along with cheerful, intelligent GREG SANDERS (Eric Szmanda), who entertains a crush on newcomer MORGAN BRODY (Elisabeth Harnois) this season, the daughter of Undersherrif Ecklie with a natural ability for investigating.

The CSI team is working closely alongside Captain JIM BRASS (Paul Guifoyle), the Chief Medical Examiner Dr. ALBERT "AL" ROBBINS (Robert David Hall), his socially awkward assistant DAVID "SUPER DAVE" PHILLIPS (David Berman) and tech Trace Technician DAVID HODGES (Wallace Langham), who has a tendency to share more information than anyone cares for, but can always be counted on to assist the team in their investigations.

The TVplus CSI application works for both new episodes as well as episodes from previous seasons. In addition, the TVplus app works across a variety of programs, so after you download the app you can enjoy all of your favorite primetime shows with the TVplus experience. An android and web version are coming soon!
