Ajay Shah

CEO & Co-Founder

Ajay Shah has been an entrepreneur in the digital technology space, creating several successful companies. Prior to launching TVplus, Ajay was co-founder and CEO of Zustek Corporation, a leading provider of email marketing software and solutions, and was also the co-founder and CEO of Handshake.com.

Along with co-founder, Randy Shiozaki, Ajay created Spot411 Technologies in 2008, with a mission to change the way consumers engage with content in the digital space. The team set their sights on creating richer content and social experiences around television, and began working toward their latest product, TVplus.

A graduate of the University of California at Irvine, Ajay was awarded Young Entrepreneur of the Year award by the SBA in 2006.

Randy Shiozaki

Co-Founder and Chief Experience Officer

Most recently, Randy Shiozaki was co-founder and CEO of Red8 Studios, Inc. an interactive and broadcast design firm with offices in Los Angeles and Shanghai. At Red8, Shiozaki built relationships and guided projects with leading international media companies, including Fox Cable Networks, Shop Channel in Tokyo, and CCTV in Beijing.

Prior to starting TVplus, Shiozaki worked for CMGI based in Los Angeles and Hong Kong, leading client services for their online advertising business. He is a graduate of the University of California at Irvine and a member of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

David Peterson

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer

Prior to joining TVplus, David Peterson was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of CreditReport.com, an industry leading online retailer of consumer credit information generating annual revenues of $130 Million.

Prior to his time with CreditReport.com, Peterson was the CFO/COO of Vision Solutions, an Inc 500 enterprise software developer that was later acquired by Idion Software. Peterson's industry expertise includes Internet, ecommerce and software technology.

Chris Turner

Director – Board Member

Chris Turner has over 25 years of business and finance experience, and a successful track record in the startup world. Turner built Vision Solutions, Inc. a Southern California software firm from the ground up, turning it into a 60 million dollar company with over 160 employees and offices throughout the US and abroad.

In March of 2000, Turner negotiated the sale of Vision to Idion Technology Holdings out of South Africa, and began his hand in real estate investing. He eventually formed Centric Group, a commercial real estate development firm located in Orange County, California and is currently the Chief Executive Officer.

Roger L. Werner

Director - Board Member

Roger Werner joined the board of directors in December 2010. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of Outdoor Channel Holdings Inc. since February 2007 and its President since October 2006. Werner founded Fox's Speed Channel (formerly, Speedvision) and Versus (formerly, Outdoor Life Network) and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President from 1995 to 2001.

Werner began his career in the television programming industry in 1979 serving ESPN as a consultant at an International Management Firm, McKinsey & Company. He later joined the network, serving as the Chief Operating Officer of ESPN from 1982 to 1990, and later as its CEO and President from 1988 to 1990. Werner was also an Executive VP of ABC Television Network Group.

Darek Senkow

Chief Architect

Darek Senkow has over twenty years of application programming and architecture experience for various agencies, studios, and startups throughout the United States. Recent projects have included both oversight and hands-on development of network-intensive web applications, multimedia applications, e-commerce sites, massively multiplayer online (MMO) video games, as well as many other technologies.

Prior to joining TVplus, Senkow worked on custom software projects within the telecom industry at RANGER Wireless, custom management software in the ad- agency space for Ignited Minds, and high-visibility website architecture for such clients such as 20th Century Fox, CBS Television, and Walt Disney/Buena Vista.

Matt Duffy

Vice President of Marketing

Matt Duffy comes to TVplus following several years with the Omnicom Media Group family. During his time with the organization, Duffy was an Associate Director with Omnicom's Search Marketing shop, Resolution Media, and most recently he was the U.S. Director of Social Platforms for OMD. In this capacity, he was responsible for providing clients with strategic guidance related to consumer content engagement, digital media planning, and business development, while working with such notable brands as FedEx, Bank of America, Hertz, Visa, Frito-Lay, Pepsi, and Showtime.

Prior to joining Omnicom, Duffy worked in the experiential marketing field in Chicago, IL for Marketing Werks where his primary focus was in the Sports and Entertainment vertical, leading client relations for PlayStation (SCEA) and the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Luma Reihani

Director of Product Management

Luma Reihani joined the TV+ team with over 10 years of Product Development experience within the Information Technology industry. Prior to joining TV+, Luma was Senior Product Manager for CreditReport.com, an industry-leading online retailer of consumer credit information with 1M+ active subscribers.

Luma specializes in new product rollout, and enterprise-wide, high-visibility projects that maximize revenue and efficiency. Notable accomplishments include Payment Card Industry Level I certifications, Xtra Factor for Tablet Apps, TV+ Product Portfolio, and Mergers & Acquisitions within the Ecommerce and Financial industries.

Luma has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Technology Management.
